A Mathematica Package for Manipulating Symmetric Functions

Introduction

This document describes a package designed to manipulate symmetric functions and study their combinatorial properties. It was inspired by, and is loosely designed after John Stembridge's SF Maple package.

The most recent version has been updated and tested with Mathematica V8.0.
